The Morgans Valley Bird and Bush Regeneration Project

We are a group of five residents who have banded together and along with many community volunteers, begun planting the red zone rockfall area in Morgans Valley back in 2020. Now approximately 2500 plants later, we need to take the next step. We want to develop this area and regenerate native bush and other planting through and attract native bird life. This is being done with the support of the CIty Council and local people. THis little piece of paradise on the east side of Heathcote Valley will be a great asset to the environment and the region.
